Our Owner and History
Gladys’ Grille was inspired by the legacy of Jeannica Garmon’s grandmother, Gladys Oliver, whose kitchen was the heart of every family gathering. Growing up, Jeannica spent countless hours learning recipes and traditions that turned simple meals into moments of connection and love.
Determined to carry on that spirit, Jeannica opened Gladys’ Grille alongside her daughter, Titiana Oliver. As owner and co-owner, they cook side by side, blending family heritage with a passion for soulful, comforting food.
From golden fried chicken, shrimp and grits and savory smothered pork chops to sweet homemade desserts like peach cobbler, banana pudding or caramel cake, every dish is prepared with the same care and warmth that Grandma Gladys shared at her table. At Gladys’ Grille, guests are always treated like family. If you can't make it to our table, we can serve you through DoorDash!
